Gartner is a leading company that guides enterprise leaders with actionable insights. The Client Success Associate will ensure that clients receive exceptional value, support client engagement, and facilitate onboarding and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license
- Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients
- Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact
- Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner’s renowned products and services
- Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
- Well defined time management and organizational skills
- Must be bilingual English and French
