Client Solutions Manager

Purpose

The Client Solutions Manager plays an important role in the growth of HC3 by cross-selling and upselling current clients as well as generating tier 1 prospects. By effectively generating and developing quality sales leads among our existing client base and non-target prospects, this role helps increase the size of the company's client base and overall revenue.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include the following:


  • Effectively communicate and promote HC3's brand in the marketplace.

  • Execute the inside sales process to cross-sell and upsell current clients as well as generate leads with smaller non-target businesses.

  • Meet annual revenue goals and key performance metrics.

  • Use the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology to understand the progress prospects are seeking.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and HC3 products and solutions.

  • Travel for conferences and presentations.

  • Provide cold call lead generation support for the Business Development team.
