Claims Service Representative - Business Insurance

Marsh McLennan Agency is a full-service brokerage providing business insurance and employee benefits. As a Claims Service Representative, you will connect clients with service staff and insurance carriers, processing claims and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

• Handle claim information processing, guide clients through reporting procedures, and keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish
• Support Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions

Skills

• 1+ years of experience processing and managing Property & Casualty insurance claims with accuracy
• Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams
• Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation
• Proficiency with software systems, including Excel
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategy
• Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers
