Work Schedule:

Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

About the Role

We're hiring a remote Civil Engineer (Estimator) with experience in construction estimating, technical take-offs, and final-stage project coordination. You'll analyze architectural plans, prepare detailed product and material lists, coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, and support project teams with accurate cost estimates and procurement information. Candidates with a Civil Engineering background and experience managing vendor networks are highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities

Estimating and Take-Offs

Analyze architectural plans and construction documents to identify project requirements.

Perform technical take-offs from blueprints and drawings.

Prepare detailed product and material lists, including site furnishings and specialty items.

Vendor Coordination and Procurement

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and quotations.

Support budgeting and estimating processes for construction projects.

Maintain organized documentation and tracking of estimates and supplier information.

Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

Experience in construction estimating and quantity take-offs.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

Experience managing vendor and supplier relationships.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Good to Haves

Civil Engineering degree or background.

System Requirements

Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i7 or higher / AMD Ryzen 7 or higher.

NVIDIA RTX 3060 or higher (Ampere or Ada Lovelace architecture).

Minimum 32 GB RAM.
