Job Title: Channel Operations Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm GMT+8
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Support the rollout of new initiatives and programs for channel partners
Coordinate partner requests, inquiries, and support tickets to ensure timely resolution
Maintain communication and follow-ups with partners to foster strong relationships
Prepare reports and track key operational metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support business objectives
Help manage schedules and ensure timely execution of partner-related activities
Required Skills
Strong communication skills: Clear and professional English (spoken and written)
Organized and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Customer/partner-focused: Able to provide excellent support and maintain positive relationships
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms or partner management systems, with hands-on experience in Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
Problem-solving skills: Able to handle requests and issues efficiently
Prior experience in channel operations, partner support, or related roles is preferred (2+ years)
Self-motivated and proactive: Able to work independently and suggest improvements
