A day in the life of...

Respond to customer queries phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way

Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods

Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions of the consumers and their children or babies

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines

Behave as an ambassador for our brands and product

Inform customers about new product, functionalities and campaigns, if any

Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and a knowledge-based documents

Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making

Ensures Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner

Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer

What will make you successful

Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge in English

Bachelor’s degree on Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food science, or similar

1 year+ Experience advising clients to make good food intake choices and meal planning

Baby and adult nutrition knowledge (steps for baby and diet intake for adult)

You have a first experience in customer relations

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Capable of Multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely

Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies
