Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, quote and bind in line with underwriting guidelines; maintain a healthy pipeline
• Proactively manage renewals/retention; identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
• Provide responsive, personalized member service, support members through the claims journey
• Track activities and outcomes in CRM; EPIC experience is an asset

Skills

• Experience in P&C insurance, sales, or customer service
• Valid Ontario General Insurance Agent (OTL), RIBO, or equivalent license
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills; organized and self‑directed
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for local travel
• CAIB/CIP in progress
• Knowledge of agriculture and small commercial industry an asset
