We are looking for a passionate CareSync Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization. Excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and referring providers. The Patient Support Lead is an organized self-starter that ensures a positive scheduling experience for prospective patients. The Patient Support Lead serves as a key team player when interacting and communicating with patients that are referred from our key partners. Most importantly we’re looking to bring someone into our team who is excited about our mission to improve mental healthcare across the country.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST
Compensation: $20/hour

Job Responsibilities:  The CareSync Coordinator is an essential member of the Care Sync Team by creating a seamless scheduling experience for prospective patients from key referring partners Creates a timely and stress-free experience for patients through exceptional customer service and professional conduct  Provides proper tracking of visits from key partners to ensure transparency of the referral process Ensures patient demographic and insurance information accompanying the referral is accurate and complete; follows up as needed to obtain missing and/or correct information Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes Assist prospective patients by answering questions and inquiries about our practice  Schedule client appointment via screening questions to best match a therapist/Prescriber to meet their needs and requests  Maintain client HIPAA rights, and other protections of confidentiality and privacy  Submit records to inquiring parties with documentation of proper release forms and materials  Ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient handling of documents for filing and scanning  Copy/scan/fax/email information as required  Obtains and maintains thorough knowledge of insurance plans accepted by the company as well as preauthorization requirements for contracted commercial and governmental plans. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by CareSync Supervisor and/or Patient Support Manager.

Qualifications/Skills:
At least one year of experience working in a medical office and/or mental health is (preferred)
Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression (preferred)
Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
Excellent computer skills

Education and Experience Requirements:  Associates or bachelor’s degree (preferred)  Some experience in healthcare settings (preferred)  Knowledge of working at a clinical setting (preferred)
