</ul><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li> Assist with personal care, mobility, and transfers </li>
<li> Provide companionship and emotional support </li>
<li> Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) </li>
<li> Prepare meals and assist with feeding </li>
<li> Provide transportation and accompany client to appointments </li>
<li> Follow care plan and report any changes in condition</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Active CNA license or HHA certificate (preferred/required based on case) </li>
<li>Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if providing client transport)</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse</li>

<li>Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to assist with mobility and transfers</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods</li>
