<strong>The Role<br><br></strong>Reporting into the Corporate Real Estate leadership team, you will have end-to-end responsibility for major refurbishment and construction programmes, including live, in‑situ office projects. Key responsibilities include:<br><br><ul><li>Leading multi‑year capital projects from strategic concept through to delivery, including phasing, budgeting, and execution planning</li><li>Setting and overseeing project governance, approvals, risk management, and cost control frameworks</li><li>Acting as the primary interface between internal business stakeholders and external project delivery partners</li><li>Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams including project managers, architects, designers, engineers, and specialist consultants</li><li>Developing clear, robust project briefs covering scope, options, sourcing strategy, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Partnering closely with internal functions such as Communications, Change Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction</li><li>Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, sustainability, and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the portfolio<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong>You are an experienced senior project or programme leader with deep exposure to corporate real estate, construction, or capital works environments.
