As we continue to expand our telehealth therapy services, we are hiring independently licensed part-time remote therapists who are highly comfortable with technology and passionate about delivering evidence-based care in a virtual outpatient setting.

What We Offer

Consistent Pay: Earn a clinical rate of $75/hour and an administrative rate of $28/hour, paid biweekly

Flexible part-time remote schedule (10–23 patient sessions per week) , contributing to a strong work/life balance

Receive pay for training, orientation, administrative time, and no shows

Annual earning potential: $37,000–$86,000

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms

Deliver care in a remote outpatient mental health setting

Utilize EHR systems and digital tools to support timely documentation and care coordination

Qualifications

Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LISW) in California

Strong proficiency in telehealth therapy and virtual care technologies

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care
