JOB DESCRIPTION

NEED A TECHNICAL BSA

STRONG API EXP

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basis

• Manage incident reporting in ServiceNow tool

• Track Train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries

• Engage different vendors based on the issue reported by the stations

• Follow up with stations regarding PIDS issues

• Track and follow up with vendors and Client teams until completion/closure of the incidents

• Participate in PIDS 2.0 Project initiation meetings

• Help team in gathering requirements for the PIDS 2.0 project

• Work with internal Client teams through service/technical requests
