What You’ll Do




  • Identify and research potential client companies and hiring opportunities (US, EU, UK)




  • Build and qualify outbound prospect lists (ICP-based) using LinkedIn, databases, and sales tools




  • Support and execute outbound campaigns (email & LinkedIn)




  • Personalize outreach using insights on hiring needs, funding, and growth signals




  • Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to generate new opportunities




  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking




  • Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to convert leads into active hiring projects




What We’re Looking For


  • Interest in tech, startups, AI/ML, or recruitment industry




  • Upper-intermediate English (written & spoken)




  • Strong research and written communication skills




  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
