They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive revenue growth by researching prospective customers, formulating outreach strategies, and identifying sales opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with account executives to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for account executives to evaluate prospects' business needs and potential partnership opportunities with Medius
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with assigned prospects
  • Educate companies on the benefits of AP Automation
  • Build a strong foundation for a successful career by acquiring essential skills and knowledge to excel as a salesperson, leader, and executive
  • Utilize advanced tech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo etc., to maximize productivity and output

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with major course work in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. OR applicable experience with lead generation, cold calling, networking, or other external outreach efforts
  • Track record of success prospecting for businesses
  • Ability to uncover and understand customer needs
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • A driven and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Previous metrics driven role a plus
  • Spend Management experience a plus
  • Inside sales experience a plus
  • Enterprise prospecting experience a plus
