Responsibilities
- Execute a consistent outbound cadence—averaging 50–70 calls per day alongside email and social media outreach—to initiate contact with cold and warm leads
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within defined target markets, ensuring a consistently refreshed pipeline of qualified prospects across new and existing client segments
- Utilize consultative discovery techniques to assess prospect fit regarding Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing (BANT), ensuring higher-quality meetings and improved conversion rates
- Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain rigorous hygiene in Salesforce (or similar CRM) by documenting all activities and delivering performance reporting to provide visibility into optimization opportunities
- Proactively refine outreach strategies based on performance data, prospect feedback, and collaboration with sales and marketing partners to increase win rates
Skills
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have a track record of booking new business meetings through outbound efforts, successfully converting both cold leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Resilience & Drive: You are self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume cadence (50–70 dials/day) while meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consultative Mindset: You possess a strong 'Customer Focus' and 'Relationship Building' mindset, allowing you to deeply understand client needs and position tailored solutions rather than just reading a script
- Tech Proficiency: You have hands-on experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to track leads, document activity, and report on performance
- Strong Communication: You are confident on the phone with the ability to bridge the gap between a lead and a sale through clear, professional communication
- Travel Readiness: You possess a valid passport and are willing to travel for in-market opportunities when required
