Company Overview:

We are a small, online gourmet dog treat company located in Manhattan. We started the company 7 years ago and are passionate about our high-quality dog treats and our four-legged, furry clients.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven individual to help grow our presence within the pet industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and contributing to a growing brand. You will play a key role in building partnerships, expanding sales channels, shaping marketing strategies, and supporting our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and manage relationships with pet professionals enrolled in our Pet Pro Program

● Drive sales by developing relationships with pet-friendly businesses (e.g., hotels, etc.) and retail partners to introduce and sell our products

● Research and pursue partnership opportunities with complementary pet brands and pet professional training schools

● Provide input and ideas to help shape marketing strategies and brand growth initiatives

● Support the development and ongoing improvement of our website (e.g., content, ideas, user experience, etc.)

● Represent our brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner across all interactions

● Proactively identify new opportunities to grow brand awareness, partnerships, and sales

● Build and nurture relationships with dog shelters and rescues to identify meaningful ways our business can support their missions

Qualifications

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

● Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for growth opportunities

● Experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer outreach

● Comfortable using technology and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.)

● Understanding of B2C and B2B marketing strategies and planning (e.g., email campaigns, digital advertising, etc.)

● Working knowledge of Shopify would be an asset

● Love of pets/dogs is a requirement :)

Work Schedule
This is a flexible, part-time position requiring 2–3 days per week. You can work from home and will have the flexibility to choose your working hours.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
