About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Recruitment division.

The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring and managing clients in the USA market, across both IT and non-IT sectors. This is a remote position based in India, offering the opportunity to work with a global recruitment team and drive growth in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the USA requiring staffing and recruitment services (IT and non-IT domains).

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, account management, and strategic planning.

  • Understand client hiring needs, workforce structures, and business challenges to propose tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client requirements.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industries, and potential business opportunities in the USA.

  • Negotiate terms of business, prepare proposals, and close client agreements.

  • Maintain CRM records and track all business development activities, pipelines, and client interactions.

  • Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings, presentations, and networking events.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or client acquisition within the recruitment or staffing industry, focusing on the USA market.

  • Strong understanding of both IT and non-IT recruitment processes, including permanent, contract, and remote staffing models.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels.

  • Experience working in a night shift or US time zone is essential.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with US staffing agencies, RPOs, or consulting firms.

  • Familiarity with industry sectors such as technology, healthcare, finance, logistics, retail, and manufacturing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
