We are looking for an ambitious and result–oriented Business Development Manager who wants to develop a career and grow in sales. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in FinTech sales (including EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets). We are committed to providing you with comprehensive training and support by experienced professionals so you can succeed in the Sales role.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, payments, or other regulated B2B/B2C environments

Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale, high-value deals

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Experience working with CRM systems

Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on results

Proactive, motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment

Advanced level of English

Ability to travel

Nice to have:

Experience building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, startups, or enterprises

Deep understanding of fintech trends and technologies (payments, blockchain, AI, etc.)

Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes in financial institutions

Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA is a plus)

Responsibilities:

Strong background in FinTech sales (including EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets)

Identify and develop new strategic partnerships and business opportunities aligned with PayDo’s growth goals

Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management

Drive expansion into new markets and industries through partnerships and enterprise-level deal

Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless deal execution

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth areas

Report regularly on partnership performance, sales pipeline, and revenue impact

Ensure all deals comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
