Your Role in VT Markets
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in leading executives and managing client and partner acquisition efforts across your assigned region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing IB/affiliate relationships, and ensuring the BD team meets performance benchmarks. Working closely with regional and global teams, your role will help scale our reach and strengthen our brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or partner development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience working with IBs, affiliates, and regional partners.
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Forex products, trading platforms (MT4, MT5), and sales tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel-based reporting.
- Deep understanding of client onboarding, retention strategies, and conversion funnels.
- Data-driven approach to forecasting, tracking, and optimization.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented, proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity for diverse markets.
- Candidates with an existing team of BDs, IBs, or affiliates will be strongly preferred. The ability to mobilize a working team immediately is a key advantage.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Occasional regional travel may be required.

1 Team Mobilization & Leadership
Deploy and manage your existing BD team to support aggressive market expansion goals. Define clear KPIs and lead through data-driven performance tracking.
2 Partner Acquisition & Sales GrowthUtilize your network to onboard IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners. Drive volume, retention, and revenue through established and new relationships.
3 Market Strategy & ExecutionIdentify opportunities in regional markets. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that suit local client behaviors and regulatory landscapes.
4 Performance Coaching & EnablementProvide guidance and support to your team. Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, sales training, and regular feedback.
5 Cross-functional CoordinationCollaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to align strategic goals and optimize partner experience.
6 Reporting & ComplianceEnsure your team adheres to company policies and regional compliance requirements. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to management.
