Business Development Associate

ISN is a global leader in contractor and supplier management, providing services to a variety of clients worldwide. They are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to support contractor/supplier clients and manage customer accounts through a structured training program.

Responsibilities

• Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients
• Lead the management and growth of customer accounts
• Field incoming calls and inquiries
• Inside sales
• Assist customers in navigating ISNetworld
• Engage directly with stakeholders and executives of Hiring Client companies
• Generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting
• Assist with client implementation
• Take on increasing responsibility in a team environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
• Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients
• Lead the management and growth of customer accounts
• Field incoming calls and inquiries
• Inside sales experience
• Help customers navigate ISNetworld
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person meetings, events, and presentations after initial training
• Engage directly with stakeholders and executives of Hiring Client companies
• Generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting
• Assist with client implementation
• Take on increasing responsibility in a team environment
