MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

Bachelor’s degree (Supply chain or STEM preferred)

2+ years of experience in business process analysis or related field

Must be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships; focus on business problems and driving solutions

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Prior experience working in a product organization

Prior experience working in Agile, experience working the Spotify Squad model is a plus

Academic or professional experience analyzing data through SQL databases

History of leading and supporting successful projects

Experience with JIRA, Lucidchart, and/or WMS applications is a plus

Engaging with a wide variety of business stakeholders to understand their business problems and needs to translate them into functional requirements. You will work with the Product Owner to analyze and prioritize the most valuable innovations that benefit our broad stakeholder community. You are a self-starter driven by curiosity and a passion to improve business execution and decision-making through technology.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Interview cross functional teams to gather information related to the business

Provide data analysis and data extracts using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Jaspersoft, etc.

Analyze information to define business problems, user stories, and use cases; identify potential change impacts

Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data

Partner with subject matter experts to validate associated system requirements and solutions

Plans, designs, and recommends business process to improve and support business activities

Participate in proof of concept and pilot activities

Develop and maintain requirements/specifications for new functionality to evaluate newly released features

Engage in early test and validation iterations with stakeholders prior to go-live

Support ongoing user feedback process and review of user support issues

Partner with Product Manager in evaluating feedback for prioritization in future roadmap/release plans

Pay Range:$75,400.00 - $135,600.00
