Active International is a company that focuses on asset remarketing, media trade buying, and new business sales. They are seeking a Broadcast Media Assistant to provide superior customer experience by assisting buyers in delivering timely, effective, efficient, and accurate buys and reports.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between clients, their planning agencies, and media partners to coordinate efficient and timely processing of buys and reports
- Communicate, co-ordinate and work alongside the finance, account, sales, and media teams to ensure the fulfillment of all media campaign administrative tasks
- Assist buyers in preparing traditional media buys
- Aid in preparing Pre and Post Campaign reports and spot logs
- Assist in acquiring avails from media vendors in executing a client's plans
- Prepare broadcast orders once the buy is approved and secure schedules with media representatives
- Steward and maintain media contracts both with the media vendors and in the system
- Support buyers in monitoring and optimizing schedules/delivery reports to meet client objectives
- Resolve schedule and invoice discrepancies with vendors to ensure campaign objectives and spends align with approved client plans
- Reconcile invoices for client billing and routes for approval
- Enter and maintain new and ongoing buys into the system
- Additional administrative tasks and assignments as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma with a preferred focus on Media, Communications and/or Business Marketing; or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience: 0-1 years
