What You'll Do in This Role

As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative (French/English) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing some of the world's most trusted brands. Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in the customer's preferred language (French or English)

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for common issues related to products and services

  • Follow detailed call flow guides to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions

  • Navigate multiple computer applications and databases to document and retrieve customer information

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices

  • Possess familiarity with iOS, MacOS, or comparable operating systems

  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that meet customer needs

  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our systems

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and problem resolution

Qualifications We're Looking For
