  • Learn and expand knowledge of the insurance industry and the company

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Required experience: minimum 12+ months of relevant customer service and/or insurance claims experience
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
  • Solid computer multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career path
  • College degree or currently pursuing preferred
  • An associate's degree or higher
  • Active Adjusters insurance license
