About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and administrative workflows.
This is a fully remote position designed for a dependable professional who enjoys balancing administrative precision with people-focused problem solving. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional service to residents, vendors, and property stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leasing & Tenant Management
Assist in managing approximately 300 residential lease renewals annually
Prepare, issue, and track lease renewal documentation
Communicate proactively with tenants regarding lease paperwork, required documents, and important deadlines
Guide prospective and incoming residents through rental applications and onboarding processes
Maintain highly accurate leasing trackers, databases, and internal reporting systems
2. Resident & Vendor Communication
Serve as a professional point of contact for residents, property owners, vendors, and on-site staff
Respond to resident inquiries promptly and provide clear, helpful updates
Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking residents, ensuring seamless communication and support
Monitor ongoing resident concerns and follow through until issues are fully resolved
Build positive relationships while maintaining professionalism and enforcing policies when necessary
3. Work Order Management
Receive, create, track, and update maintenance requests
Coordinate scheduling and property access between residents, vendors, and building staff
Assess maintenance requests and prioritize urgency appropriately
Manage issues such as leaks, repairs, access concerns, and building emergencies
Maintain detailed records, notes, and communication history for every work order
4. Administrative, Compliance & Creative Support
Assist with Section 8/subsidy tracking and compliance-related documentation
Support vendor insurance tracking and local regulatory requirements
Maintain organized digital filing systems and property records
Design professional building notices, community flyers, and resident communications using Canva
Create PowerPoint presentations, operational reports, and meeting materials
Assist with various administrative projects as assigned
