What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading end-to-end bid processes from strategy through to submission

Developing competitive, client-focused solutions

Managing timelines, quality and compliance across bids

Leading and developing Proposal Managers and Coordinators

Partnering with stakeholders to shape winning strategies

Supporting client presentations, negotiations and sign-offs

Managing pipeline resourcing and workload priorities

Driving continuous improvement across bid processes

Experience Required

Experience in bid, tender or project management roles

Background in contract catering, facilities, soft services or similar sectors

Strong project management and organisational capability

Ability to develop commercially viable, client-centric solutions

Confident stakeholder engagement at senior and executive levels

Proven leadership and team development experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

High attention to detail and quality focus
