Locations
Roles for new grads in the Greater Cleveland/Akron area! These are community-based roles.
- Roles Available for 2026 Graduates of Social Work, Psychology or related fields
- Therapist/Counselor (Bachelors of social work required + active LSW, LISW, LPC, etc.). Licensed grads provide community-based mental health counseling to adults and/or youth across specialties like school-based, in-home, family, substance use, ACT, and limited office settings. Hourly rate + monthly bonus eligible!
- Behavioral Health Specialist. (Bachelors in social work, psychology or related field required). Pre-licensure or non-licensed role supporting clients and caseloads; ideal entry point for psychology or social science grads who need hands-on experience. Hourly rate + monthly bonus eligible!
- Care Coordinator. (Minimum some college/associates/bachelors preferred + 1 to 3 years of related social service experience required.). Connect clients to resources and build support networks in community-based settings; ideal for experienced social service professionals.
- Youth Care Specialist (minimum GED/some college preferred + 6 months of youth care or related experience). Role is onsite in Berea OH working directly with youth facing behavioral or trauma challenges, providing daily support, guidance, and structure in a hands-on residential-based care setting. Impactful role requiring patience, ability to motivate others, resilience and mentoring skills.
