Balance Carried Forward Analyst

Conservice is a company focused on resolving client issues and ensuring accounts are current. The Balance Carried Forward Analyst is responsible for researching past due balances, resolving issues, and coordinating with utility providers to maintain client accounts in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with utility providers to ensure client accounts are current
• Resolve outstanding balances
• Find errors in misapplied payments
• Document errors and causes of previous balances in Conservice database
• Medium phone usage-more than 50% of the day making outbound calls to providers
