Getinge is a company dedicated to making life-saving technology accessible for more people. The Associate Product Manager will support the development, commercialization, and optimization of innovative products designed to preserve donor organs and enhance transplantation success.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy Support: Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for organ preservation technology based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
- Market Research: Support market analysis, including customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to identify new opportunities and guide product development decisions
- Customer Insights: Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), transplant surgeons, and clinical partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, usability, and areas for improvement
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams to support the product development process, including gathering requirements, defining features, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery
- Go-to-Market Support: Assist in developing go-to-market activities, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. Support the creation of sales enablement tools and training materials
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and clinical data to identify opportunities for product enhancement and support continuous improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in healthcare technology (medical devices, digital health preferred)
- Experience applying a needs-based approach to identify, analyze, and prioritize customer and market needs, translating them into actionable product requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret clinical data and market research
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, including internal teams (R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing) and external partners (healthcare providers, key opinion leaders)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels of the organization
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes in the field of organ transplantation
