Requirements
• NY or NJ bar admission
• 4+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
• Strong writing, deposition, and motion practice skills

Responsibilities
• Lead defense of negligence, tort, and liability claims from policy review through verdict
• Draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal courts
• Conduct high-stakes depositions of witnesses, experts, and plaintiffs
• Drive settlements through mediations and arbitrations for optimal outcomes
• First- or second-chair bench and jury trials in high-exposure liability matters
