The impact you’ll make:
- Support the E-Trade Marketing Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive e-trade marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall business and brand objectives, covering platforms such as Amazon, eBay, brand-owned e-stores, and other relevant e-commerce channels.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across paid search (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, and data analytics) to coordinate e-trade initiatives, including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and exclusive platform activations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CVR, conversion rate, and sales volume) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, platform-native tools), and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Support the management of e-trade marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Assist in creating and adapting marketing materials (e.g., product listings, landing pages, promotional banners, and social content) for e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity and optimizing for search visibility (SEO/SEA).
- Liaise with e-commerce platform account managers, external agencies, and vendors to negotiate terms, coordinate activities, and resolve operational issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and competitor activities, providing recommendations to enhance the company’s e-trade marketing competitiveness.
- Support the execution of web personalization strategies to elevate user experiences and improve conversion rates across target audiences.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for the management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and optimization opportunities.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the E-Trade Marketing Manager, including market research, campaign testing, and cross-functional coordination.
