Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is the global leader in medical imaging, providing expert services and technology to support clinical trials across the drug development lifecycle. Within our industry‑leading Medical Imaging division, we support some of the most complex Oncology studies worldwide. We are currently seeking an Assistant Clinical Project Manager (ACPM) to support the successful delivery of imaging‑based clinical trials from our India operations.

This role offers exposure to global studies, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in clinical project management within a regulated, fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) with day‑to‑day project administration across study start‑up, execution, and close‑out activities

Develop, review, and edit project documentation, presentations, and reports

Read, understand, and apply clinical protocols and imaging requirements to project activities

Participate in project meetings, client calls, and internal training sessions

Act as a liaison across cross‑functional teams to ensure timely completion of study deliverables

Monitor internal data flow to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines

Track outstanding items such as missing data, queries, or incomplete documentation and follow up to resolution

Communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner

Support logistics activities, including distribution, tracking, and management of site‑facing materials

Assist with finance‑related activities such as scope change documentation, database updates, invoice reconciliation follow‑ups, and forecasting reports

Create, review, and distribute internal and external project reports

Serve as acting Project Manager during temporary CPM absence, as required

What We Look For
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical research (preferred)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Healthcare, medical imaging, or clinical research exposure preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Detail‑oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment

Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment with a proactive and pragmatic approach
