Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.
Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls and exploratory visits.
Visiting schools and make presentations and demo about the ERP.
Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals
Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events.
Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the org.
Carrying out ERP Brand building and Brand Positioning activities.
Assisting the Marketing Head in drafting proposal and ensuring deal closing.
Meeting Clients, giving presentations and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.
Monitor various business development activities and update the Marketing Head / CEO on the same.
Monitor business improvement projects on regular basis and look into the strategic and operational initiatives.
Work closely with the IT team for deal closure, product improvement and market intel.
Articulate and good negotiation skills.
High achievement orientation with a will to take up additional responsibilities as and when opportunity arise.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
Would need to travel extensively and plan his visit schedules.
Having a strong understanding of the School ERP business and competitors.
Team player with a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Should be able to adapt and comfortable in coordinating with various people at all levels.
Well versed with MS Office, Internet and presentation skills.
Good Communication and Inter personal Skills. Proactive and self driven.

Should be able to talk in data terms and statements and inferences are backed by quantifiable data.
