Up to £40k basic salary (depending on experience)

Job Description
Role: Apprenticeship Learning Advisor – HR/L&D
Working Model: Remote
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced HR or Learning & Development professional to join our apprenticeship delivery team and support learners through their qualification journey.

This role is centred around coaching, mentoring and guiding apprentices - helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting a caseload of apprentices through structured reviews and regular contact
Delivering engaging online workshops and group sessions
Providing feedback on assignments and preparing learners for assessment
Building strong relationships with learners and their employers
Monitoring progress and providing targeted support where needed

What we’re looking for
You’ll need:
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Experience supporting or delivering HR or L&D apprenticeships
Confidence working with groups and delivering virtually
Strong organisational and communication skills
It would be great if you also have:
An assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA or similar)
Experience delivering up to Level 7
Familiarity with e-portfolio systems
Knowledge of Ofsted or ESFA requirements
