Role Responsibilities
Share benefit enrollment information with eligible clients
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Respond to incoming calls and client inquiries
Return calls and provide timely follow-up support
Review client needs and explain available coverage options
Use the Needs Analysis system to help create personalized recommendations
Stay informed on current products, services, and policy updates
Work closely with leadership and training teams to improve knowledge and performance
