Responsibilities:
When your actions lead to success:
- Analyze and interpret financial data to assess performance and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs, highlighting trends, opportunities, and variances.
- Conduct financial analyses and formulate strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Collaborate with operational teams to support financial initiatives and strategies.
- Participate in special projects and respond to ad hoc requests from management.
- Support strategic objectives and business development initiatives of the business units as needed.
- Support operational analysis, including cost analysis and savings related to continuous improvement.
- Participate in project evaluations, monitor project progress, and perform post‑project analyses for investment projects.
Qualifications:
When your expertise drives us:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation preferred (or in progress).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and financial modeling are assets.
- Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written (regular interactions with stakeholders located outside Canada).
