California Department of Justice is seeking an Analyst I to establish a working relationship with Tribal governments and gaming agencies. The role involves interpreting gambling statutes and regulations, producing written reports, and requires analytical skills and knowledge of gaming activities.


Responsibilities

  • Establish a close working relationship with Tribal governments and gaming agencies
  • Interpret and apply gambling statutes and regulations in accordance with the Tribal-State Gaming Compact and State Gambling Control Act
  • Apply Division and Bureau policies and produce assigned written reports following established criteria for background investigations
