A fully remote schedule and competitive compensation further support balance alongside career advancement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>This position focuses primarily on <strong>employment litigation</strong>, with an emphasis on single-plaintiff matters. Attorneys will work closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-impact cases while developing their own case management skills and client relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Litigating cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims</li><li>Representing employers in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, DOL)</li><li>Managing day-to-day case responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice</li><li>Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development</li><li>Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials</li><li>3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience</li><li><strong><u>Admission to the California Bar (required)</u></strong></li><li>Experience in federal and state court practice and/or administrative proceedings</li><li>Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent written and oral advocacy skills</li><li>Strong organization and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to take ownership of matters with minimal supervision</li><li>Team-oriented mindset and commitment to client service</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience handling single-plaintiff employment matters</li><li>Exposure to wage & hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination claims</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Range and Compensation Package:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li><li><strong>Fully remote schedule</strong></li><li><strong>Reduced billable hour </strong>expectation (approximately 1,800 annually), supporting a more balanced workload</li><li><strong>Alternative track structure</strong> designed for long-term growth without business development pressure</li><li>Strong investment in training, mentorship, and professional development</li><li>Hands-on experience working alongside leading practitioners in a nationally recognized group</li><li>Diverse client base, including major corporations and emerging companies across industries</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are interested, do not hesitate to apply or reach out directly to learn more!</p><p></p>
