We’re looking for an AI Training Specialist to build the capability engine behind this transformation.
The Role:
You’ll design and deliver learning experiences that turn AI from “new technology” into “everyday habit”. This is not traditional training. It’s hands-on enablement, real-world problem solving, and continuous capability building embedded directly into how teams work. You’ll partner closely with Product, Change, and Implementation teams to ensure that every new feature, workflow and innovation is understood, adopted, and applied in practice. Think of yourself as the bridge between what AI can do and what people actually do with it.

What You Bring:
- Experience delivering training for digital transformation, technology, or marketing platforms.
- Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Background in training, capability building or designing and delivering workshops and hands-on learning sessions.
- Experience working with Product, Change, or Customer Success teams in transformation environments.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, engaging, practical learning
- Confident facilitator - comfortable running live sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and how it changes work

Job responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be at the centre of AI adoption across the business:
- Design and deliver practical learning programmes that build real AI capability
- Act as a super-user of Pencil, translating product updates and features into clear, usable training
- Work directly with teams to identify capability gaps and evolving needs
- Run live enablement sessions, drop-ins to solve real workflow challenges
- Measure what matters - capability growth, adoption, confidence and continuously improve programmes
- Create compelling demos, showcases, and case studies that demonstrate real-world impact
- Partner with Customer Success/ Account Managers, Marketing, and HR to amplify success stories across the business.
- Lead engaging roadshows, live sessions, and thought leadership experiences that inspire adoption
