- Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects (ML models, data pipelines, automation initiatives, analytics platforms, etc.)
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmap alignment
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, model performance, compliance, and deployment
- Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Track KPIs and report project status to leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive updates
- Drive continuous improvement in AI project delivery processes
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in AI, data, or analytics projects
- Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle
- Experience working with data teams (SQL, data pipelines, APIs, cloud environments)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
