Advisor Operations Associate

Valmark Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join their Investment Operations team as an Advisor Operations Associate. In this role, you will serve as a key connection point between internal operations teams and financial professionals, ensuring smooth operations through support, training, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals, providing timely support and solutions to operational and technology-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct research, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to partners on systems, workflows, and best practices
• Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational updates
• Help plan and contribute to internal events, training sessions, and educational forums
• Assist with administrative coordination across custodians, account changes, and operational processes
• Contribute to research and evaluation of financial technology tools and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall partner experience
