Accounting Manager

This is a remote position.

One of Cox Consulting Network’s (CCN) clients is seeking a Manager-Level Accounting Consultant to support a newly acquired business during a 2+ month engagement. This fully remote role will be instrumental in building and enhancing scalable processes, strengthening financial operations, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger ownership
  
• Strong experience in accounts receivable and revenue recognition workflows
  
• Proven ability to build, improve, and scale accounting processes in ambiguous environments
  
• Experience reviewing financial results vs. forecast and analyzing variances
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights
  
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with SAP HANA
  
• Background supporting newly acquired or transitioning business units
  
• Experience with reserve calculations and vendor spend analysis
  
• Prior experience managing or mentoring accounting/AR teams
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
