Sales Development Representative – Archer IRM

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on new business generation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying net-new prospects, building a strong pipeline, and supporting revenue growth across the region.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and prospect into net-new accounts through outbound strategies

  • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage key decision-makers

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales team to progress opportunities through the sales funnel

  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems

  • Develop a strong understanding of Archer’s solutions and value proposition


Requirements



  • 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Development / Business Development role (preferably in SaaS or technology)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Experience in GRC is a plus
