This is an Account Manager, Client Support or Project Manager role that proactively support day-to-day needs of your customers and auditors with scheduling audits, answering questions, sending quotes, helping with invoices, etc. Must be organized and a strong communicator via email and phone.

Must haves:

• 2+ years of customer support experience

• Has worked in a corporate role on a remote basis

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Nice to haves:

• Has worked in a regulated industry (like aerospace or medical device)

• ISO 9001
