They are hiring early career sellers for their Startup Account Executive team to manage a high volume of fast-moving deals with small businesses and serve as trusted advisors to prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run PoVs, and close
- Manage a large volume of opportunities with smaller businesses
- Deliver high-impact demos and articulate CodeRabbit’s value
- Become a product expert and understand the CodeRabbit offering and ecosystem in depth, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine playbooks and GTM strategy
Skills
- 1+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience, preferably in a technical SaaS company
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly
- Ability to stay organized, and manage multiple opportunities at the same time
- Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset
- You learn quickly, and are constantly working to uplevel your knowledge
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills solve new problems
- Familiarity with AI, developer, and open source technologies
- Have experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) company
