About the Role
Mangomint is looking for a results-driven, no-nonsense Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with small business owners - not just selling software. You’ll help salon and spa owners modernize how they run their businesses so they can become more profitable and confident operators.

What You’ll Do
Become an expert in Mangomint and the salon & spa industry so you can build trust instantly and advise owners with confidence
Own the full sales cycle from the moment an opportunity is created through close: discovery, demo, negotiation, and everything in between
Run concise, high-energy discovery and demo conversations following our golden script to get to the heart of the customer's needs
Manage a steady inbound pipeline efficiently and with urgency. Respond within minutes, not hours
Solve for customer pain points, not features- lead with the transformation they'll experience and know when to walk away if it's not the right fit
Coordinate closely with the onboarding team to set them up for a successful customer launch by ensuring notes and intros are meticulous
Exceed your quota and contribute to a high-performance team. We're committed to being the #1 platform in our space, and everyone here is accountable to that mission
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of full-cycle SMB SaaS/B2B sales experience, with proven success in short sales cycles (under 30 days)
You thrive in a high-velocity environment and can juggle many warm leads at once without dropping the ball
Excellent communicator with a conversational approach, you speak with people, not at them
Proven track record of excellence - we want to see how you've delivered results, overcome challenges, or built something you're proud of
Strong commitment to 100% CRM data hygiene and accountability (we use Salesforce + Momentum.io to track activity and ensure nothing falls through the cracks)
Familiarity with salons, spas, or other service-based small businesses is a major plus
You bring energy, optimism, and a bias for action every day
