Account Executive

This is a remote, full-cycle Account Executive role for a motivated, consultative seller who can prospect, qualify, run discovery, present value, handle objections, and close new business.
To be considered, candidates will complete a short sales simulation through Rep2x, a platform that helps sales professionals showcase their real selling ability through role-specific roleplays.
About the Role
As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close. You’ll engage prospective customers in the senior care space, understand their operational challenges, and help them evaluate technology that can improve how their organizations run.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is excited by the opportunity to sell into a mission-driven healthcare market.
Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective customers through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound inquiries
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and tailor solutions
Present and demonstrate the value of the platform to senior care and adult daycare operators
Create compelling proposals aligned to each prospect’s business needs
Negotiate and close new business
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to share customer feedback and improve the sales motion
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and opportunity records in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Qualifications
3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
Experience selling into healthcare, senior care, healthcare SaaS, technology, or software strongly preferred
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales ownership
Strong discovery, communication, and objection-handling skills
Experience using CRM and sales technology tools
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in an early-stage environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $65,000–$75,000, based on experience
Target variable compensation: $75,000, uncapped
OTE: Approximately $145,000
