Overall Summary: Crestwood Account Executives are seasoned sales professionals in the ERP solution space. You have the ability to prospect and generate qualified leads that turn into sales opportunities. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer relationship management.
Here’s what we need:
Self-motivated, persuasive, and forward-thinking individuals with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You proactively engage with business owners, C-Level executives, controllers, material managers, sales managers, production managers, etc., of small to medium-sized businesses promoting the value Crestwood Associates offers in business applications solutions. These solutions include reporting & analytics, accounting, distribution, service management, project accounting, eCommerce, and manufacturing systems, and our consulting services related to those systems.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead Generation:
Prospect for new clients
Attend and/or host meetings and events with prospective clients
Participate in the formation of marketing campaigns and their subsequent execution
Deliver lead goals based on company objectives
Revenue Generation
Develop new sales opportunities
Optimize sales potential with existing client base
Deliver revenue goals based on company objectives
Sales Pipeline Management
Build a pipeline of accounts
Establish good rapport with clients
Manage accounts for long-term success
Conduct all aspects of the full sales cycle process, from the initial contact through signed agreement
Maintain an active and up to date pipeline in Crestwood CRM system, essential to Crestwood's forecasting, marketing, and reporting.
Sales Mastery and Innovation
Develop high-quality and compelling presentations for prospective client meetings and marketing events
Learn the nature of products offered at Crestwood and how they apply to our clients and prospective clients needs
Continuously invest time to improve professional consultative sales skills via publications, seminars, training sessions, etc., (Provided by Crestwood and/or your recommendations)
Complete any software publisher-required certifications for selling their software
