About The Role

Telos Media is looking for a skilled 2D Moho Animator to join our team and work specifically on one of our flagship YouTube channels, Mr. Spherical.

Mr. Spherical focuses on educational and entertaining content, often exploring historical, political, and geopolitical topics through compelling storytelling and dynamic animation.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Animate full-length and short-form YouTube videos aligned with the visual style and tone of Mr. Spherical
  


• 
  Bring scripts and storyboards to life through character animation, scenes, and transitions
  


• 
  Create and manage rigs for characters and assets in Moho
  


• 
  Apply strong visual storytelling techniques to simplify and enhance complex topics
  


• 
  Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, and Voice Talent to ensure strong narrative cohesion
  


• 
  Take feedback and iterate quickly within a fast-paced production pipeline
  


• 
  Ensure consistency in style, quality, and timing across all animations
  


• 
  Proactively troubleshoot animation challenges and suggest creative improvements
  


• 
  Stay up to date with YouTube trends and audience preferences to help evolve the channel’s visual style
  

Qualifications

• 
  Proven experience as a 2D Animator, ideally for YouTube or digital content
  


• 
  Strong proficiency in Moho Animation Software (required)
  


• 
  Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and character movement
  


• 
  Ability to create original backgrounds that complement the animation style (big plus, not required)
  


• 
  Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  


• 
  High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over your work
  


• 
  Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team in English


• 
  Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
