Position Overview: What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and their customers. This position involves both inbound and outbound call handling, meaning you'll be responsible for answering incoming inquiries as well as reaching out to customers for various campaigns and client referrals.

Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support, and your ability to listen actively and resolve issues efficiently will be key to your success.

Shift Details and Flexibility

We understand that life doesn't always fit into a traditional 9-to-5 schedule, which is why arenaflex operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This around-the-clock operation provides our team members with the flexibility they need to balance work with personal commitments.

This position is scheduled for first shift hours, typically falling within the Monday-to-Friday timeframe. However, we also offer rotating weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage for our clients. We work diligently to accommodate your availability while meeting operational needs, and our scheduling team is committed to finding a shift pattern that works for you.

The expected work hours are 35 to 40 hours per week, providing a consistent full-time schedule that offers stability and predictable income.

Computer and Technical Requirements

Since this is a remote position, you'll need to have a reliable home office setup that meets our technical specifications. This ensures that you can perform your duties effectively and maintain seamless communication with customers and team members.

Minimum Computer Requirements:


  • Processor: Intel Core i5 processor or better (or equivalent AMD processor)

  • Memory (RAM): 8 GB or more
